A: Uram, these are my friends, Sally and Tim.
   They are from New York.
   Sally and Tim, this is Uram.
B: Hi. Nice to meet you.
C: Nice to meet you, too.

Dialog 2

A: Look at this picture.
B: Who is this?
A: This is my father.
B: What does your father do?
A: He is an engineer.
B: Who is this?
A: Oh, this is my uncle.

Let's Read
Sally and Tim are from New York. They are now students at American Junior High School.

NARI: Do you want to go to my uncle's farm?
TIM: Is your uncle a farmer?
NARI: Yes, he is.
       He grows many interesting vegetables.
URAM: Really? I like potatoes and tomatoes.
NARI: Good! He grows potatoes and tomatoes.
SALLY: I love vegetables, too.
        When can we go?
NARI: How about next Sunday?
TIM: That sounds great.
