레이디 가가라는 어린 여가수가 얼마전에 일년간 재학생들에게 왕따당하다가 자살한 14세, 지미로드마이어의 사연을 알고 헤어 노래를 불르기전에  일성:

Days after Lady Gaga tweeted her vow to stop bullying and make it illegal, the star dedicated a song at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas

to Jamey Rodemeyer, the 14-year-old boy who recently took his life after suffering years of bullying.

Before she sang "Hair," Lady Gaga told the crowd, "I wrote this record about how your identity is really all you’ve got when you’re in school ...

so tonight, Jamey, I know you’re up there looking at us, and you’re not a victim. You're a lesson to all of us."

As seen in the YouTube video below, mid-song she stops and says bullying is for losers. Shortly after BULLY IS FOR LOSERS began trending on twitter.

The weekend of his suicide, Rodemeyer posted lyrics from Lady Gaga's "The Queen" on his Facebook page, the International Business Times reported.
