A: What do you think of my new computer?

B: It looks very nice. Do you use e-mail?

A: Yes, I do. I use it to talk to my friends in America.

B: It's so convenient.

A: It sure is. Do you use e-mail, too?

B: Sure.

 

Dialog 2

 

A: Here is a new computer program, Space World.

B: Is it like the other one, Spaceship?

A: No, it's now. It's quite different.

B: Can you tell me the difference between them?

A: Well, Spaceship is simply a game program.

   But Space World is a problem―solving program.

B: Oh, I see.

Uram wrote a letter to the president of Computer Plus, a computer program company. Later he got an answer from him.

 

July 14th, 2001

Dear Mr. Smith,

My name is Uram. I am a student at Mirae Middle School, and I'm in the first grade.

My dad bought me your computer program, Math Plus, last month. I like that program very much. Sometimes my friends come over to play Math plus. Even my little sister, Aram, likes to play Math Plus.

My mom read your catalog and told me about the new program, Mystery Plus. Is it like Math Plus?

Dear Uram.

Thank you for your nice letter about Math Plus. I have a son about your age. He also likes to play computer games very much. Sometimes he gives me interesting ideas.

Now I will answer your question. Mystery Plus is our new program. It's a kind of detective story. Do you want to improve your problem-solving skills? Then this program will help you. I hope you enjoy the program.
